Our pork is supplied from a speciality producer in Garstang, North Lancashire.
Prior to serving the whole pig is prepared and ready to be served straight to you on a fresh poppy seeded barm.

Accompanied by:
apple sauce / chestnut stuffing / crispy crackling / viennese onions / sauerkraut

For vegetarians:

Mediterranean vegetable and halloumi kebabs (v)
chargrilled courgette, cherry tomato, roasted red onion and haloumi, with basil oil

Roasted red peppers (v)
stuffed with cous cous, feta, mint and apricot

All served with:

Mixed leaf salad
with radish and red onion and cherry tomatoes with a lemon mustard dressing

Buttered pearl potatoes
bite sized potatoes served buttered
