Fresh flour tortillas with a variety of fillings (chicken caesar/slow roasted vegetables, basil and creamy goats cheese)

Panzerotto
A rolled stuffed pizza, sliced to share and filled with pepperoni, tomato and mozzarella/goats cheese and black olives 

Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
Salt and pepper chicken wings tossed in chefs own special seasoning and fried until crisp

Haddock and Gruyere Fishcakes
Smoked haddock and gruyere fishcakes with a hint of wholegrain mustard 

Potato Wedges
Cajun spiced potato wedges served with spring onion and soured cream dip

Sweet and Spicy Noodle Salad
Chinese style egg noodles tossed with a shredded oriental salad in a hoi sin and honey dressing

Cheese platter - £30.00
A selection of continental and english cheeses, served with celery, pickles and crusty granary bread

salad of trofiette pasta dressed with basil, pesto and sweet plum tomatoes
Honey Roast Ham (Minimum of 20 portions)
Gammon hock braised then roasted with honey and infused with cloves

Tortillas, baked and tossed in paprika seasoning and served with warm cheese sauce
Bubble and Squeak Patties
Traditional bubble and squeak, breaded and deep fried and served with garlic aioli
Crudites
A selection of crunchy seasonal vegetables served with a variety of homemade dips (garlic aioli, tzatziki, hummous, sun dried tomato mayonnaise
Home baked tarts
Homemade tarts with a shortcrust pastry filled with a choice of
- basil infused roasted vegetables
- wild mushrooms and spinach
- smoked salmon, cream, cheese and chive

- goats cheese and sunblush tomatoes

Risotto cakes, breaded and fried with porcini mushroom and parmesan or dolcelatte

Bite sized new potatoes baked until golden and served with soured cream and chive dip and hot salsa
