The Space
This is a stylish function space, designed to cater for both the corporate and private functions alike. Its loft – style roof beams give away its humble beginnings as a carpenters workshop. Add to this a strictly minimalist décor you are left with an elegant space in which to create your own perfect event, whether it be a wedding reception, birthday party, corporate hospitality event or conference.
The space consists of 150 square metres of high specification function space. Its facilities include a dedicated bar, separate entrance, fully equipped theatre lighting, large projector screen and PA system (suitable for DJ’s, live bands and speeches).
The suggested capacity for this space is from 60 - 200 people for a drinks reception, and from 30 - 110 for a banqueting event. It can also be used alongside The Merchant Room to provide a combined function space for up to 400 people.
